West Coast Railway Company also reserve the right to use diesel traction in the event of high fire risk or steam locomotive failure. Once a booking is made, no refund is normally given, except where the service is cancelled by West Coast Railway Company and will not exceed the ticket price. Only West Coast Railway Company tickets are valid on this service.
